The Yashica Mat EM found these books in the park the other day. They were clearly left for others to loan and share. Shot on Kodak Portra 160/120 film.
Someone left several spy novels and vegan cookbooks in the shelves in the radiator cover in my building’s entryway. Maybe they’re related to this person with eclectic literary taste who leans books on trees?

Nice shot of quite a substantial tree base! So you left the books there? What books were they?

The books were already there. Bag of Bones, a bible and some kind of Dean Koontz. Odd combo.

Haha! I think you are on to something here … maybe, I should set out a coat hanger for them.

Or a fallen tree branch since that might be more accessible in the area.

It’s in a fairly urban area and frequented by a lot of transient folks. I bet you could find all sorts of things there, including hangers.
