I have been experimenting recently with a couple of different cross processed slide films, this time it was the turn of the lovely Fuji Velvia 50.
I know that some people think that it is sacrilege to cross process such a revered film but I like to experiment especially in this 52 Roll project. All in all I really like the look I got maybe not the greens in the landscape images but the reds and yellows are lovely.
Unlike some previous attempts at cross processing there was no horrible colour cast in any of the frames which depending on the subject is a good thing. This roll was shot over a week and a half hence the 2 different subject matter.
They were taken using a Nikon F100 and 24-85vr and processed/scanned by filmdev.co.uk
Of all the films that I have tried cross processed I think that this is my favourite so far especially when shooting in really good light.
I know that it may not be to everyone’s taste but don’t knock it until you try it I say 🙂

I like the cross processed look on these, will have to give it a go.
