I’ve been working on a project for a class where I make photographs of places when they are empty of people. Here’s a roll taken near where I live.
Photographs made with my Mamiya 6, Ilford Delta Pro 100 film, developed normally in FA 1027 developer, and scanned on an Epson V700 flat bed scanner.

Love these shots Donald. Beautiful contrast mixed with the lighting.
Wonderful! I especially like 2a with its great shadows and the airplane light trail. A nice long exposure.
In these parts, many parks and playgrounds are not where you want to be at night as people are sleeping out and not wanting to be disturbed, especially by cameras. I suppose it is good that they get 24/7 use, but…
Unfortunately safety has become more of a concern. Over the last four years I’ve become less and less comfortable about being out late by myself. Down town Denver seems to be on the upswing for crime, with photographers being targeted for their gear on the rise. On this occasion it was bitterly cold out and I was out in the suburbs, so I didn’t see very many people.
