Super Bowling

The world of sports has some unbreakable traditions.    The opening baseball practice signalling the opening of the season.   The Olympics.   The Goodwill games.    And of course Super Bowling.    The one day a year the superheros take a day off from saving the world and hit the lanes together for an afternoon.

I was fortunate enough to attend.   Being around so many superheroes, I didn’t want to be distracted by my gear, so I brought along a Canon SLR  (Elan 7ne), a 20mm lens and a flash set to TTL.   I was ready to witness a side to superhero life few see.   Even though these beings possess powers greater than, and even incomprehensible to, we mere humans, they also like to let off a little steam once in a while.    And have happy hour priced drinks and food.
